Does the Government want to increase consumer spending in this country?
If so, they are going about the wrong way.
They keep making money prettier, adding colors, enhancing the pictures, even customizing change per state.
What they need to do is make it uglier. Each bill should have a picture of an active STD (smaller bills get something simple like cold sores whereas the larger ones have something more serious like senior citizen donavonosis). In addition to this, it should be laundered through human waste for a minimum of 36 hours before distribution.
Instead of fitting easily into your wallet, they should increase the size to 24 x 36 so people have to roll it up and put a rubber band around it just to carry.
The loose change industry should also be "changed." Instead of small pennies and dimes they should restamp them with jagged edges like the blades of a circular saw.
If only Reagan was alive he would have picked this over trickle down economics any day.

With everyone having digital cameras, phones that can capture video, etc, etc, I find it hard to believe that anyone can be president in the future. I am sure our past presidents had fun when they where younger, but fortunately for them there was no way to capture it like there is today. Today, Everything anyone does is documented. Any beer bonging, weed bonging or donkey show you attend is likely to be posted on youtube or found on a google image search.
